Filling programs and keeping members coming back
A season view of ticket sales by program against target, next to membership renewals, so the team can see where to put marketing effort each week.

Key numbers on the dashboard
- Tickets sold this season29,050Target 37,100
- Programs below 75% of target2 of 5Tours and Late nights
- Membership renewal rate61%Target 70%
- Members5,840412 due to renew in October
The problem
A cultural venue had ticketing, membership and email in three systems. Staff could see sales for the big exhibition, but not which smaller programs were behind or which members were drifting away.
What the numbers say
The major exhibition is close to target with six weeks left. Members who do not renew are the most likely to stop booking programs too.
How FDX uses it
- We connect ticketing, the membership database and email results into one model, refreshed daily.
- AI drafts renewal notes, program copy and social posts. Staff edit and approve everything before it is published.
- Member names and contact details are masked before any AI model sees them, and the data is not used for training.
Next steps it points to
Renewals. Send the 412 October renewals a personal note. AI drafts each one from the member's visit history, and the membership team approves it.
Late nights. Offer members early access to the next two late nights.
Content. Draft program descriptions and social posts for staff to edit before publishing.

The dashboard is one part of the work.
It gives the team one trusted view of the numbers. The bigger gain is AI working from that same data to draft the follow ups, with a person approving every step.
When AI drafts from your data, personal details are masked before the model sees them. Onshore hosting is available, and your data is not used for training.
