Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email, company, phone number and message. Please avoid including sensitive or confidential client information in an initial enquiry.
How enquiries reach us
The contact form sends your details to Formspree, a form processing service, which forwards them to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Formspree keeps a copy of each submission in its dashboard so we can manage enquiries and filter spam. If you email us directly, your email provider and Microsoft 365 process the message.
How we use enquiries
We use your information to respond, understand your request and discuss relevant consulting work. We do not sell enquiry details.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted by Vercel. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. Enquiry forms are processed by Formspree. These providers may process information, including standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure their services, and may store it outside Australia. Only FDX Solutions has access to our enquiry records.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are disabled unless their IDs are configured. If enabled, they load only after you allow optional tracking. You can decline and still use the site. Use Privacy settings to change your preference; declining stops future loading after the page reloads. Previously collected information remains subject to the provider policies.
Access, correction and questions
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Contact us to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
